Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹499
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, and India Post depending on your pin code.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@baeandbelle.com within 48 hours of expected delivery.
